Trauma affects everyone different. For some it can be little things, for others it prompts for complete life changes as a way to cope with the aftermath. Throw in a collective of undiagnosed neurodiversities and life can become a hot mess of confusion for all.
I use this site and all connected media for many reasons. To tell my story, to show others they are not alone, and as proof that life does go on after trauma, no matter what is thrown your way. Primarily however, I use this site to vent about my conditions, problems arising from them, impact from my traumas and just to rant for ranting sake.
Despite my need to structure and organisation, I am not the best at providing updates. I will post many times in one week then take gaps before I post again. This is not out of ignorance or due to nothing happening. It is usually down to the state of my mental health at the time. It is for this reason I do try to post as many as I can in advance or when I am fit to do so.
Coming up there will be a podcast which I am currently scripting, however I can’t make promises of release dates due to my current path of recovery. This doesn’t mean it won’t be launched, it just means I need to put myself first for the time being.
Thank you for taking the time to look around and feel free to contact me should you wish to.
Stevie.
