Help is available
Below are a list of registered charities and services I have come across during my struggling times. I am in no way affiliated with these charities and any personal help or support I have received in the past has had no impact on list I have generated.
If like me, the last thing you are going to do when you are low is reach out for help. I write this list in case you need it and to help you build a relationship with the charities before you reach the pinacol point of implosion.
My list will never be complete as long as there are loving and caring people around the world, however, should you have an additional support you would like to be included, please feel free to contact me. I can’t promise I will add it on straight away, however, I will include them upon confirmation of relevant support offered.
